Tibetan Singing Bowl Special Practice to Celebrate the Changing Seasons following the Spring Equinox

 .

A special Akhanda Yoga practice with Tibetan Singing Bowls for renewal, relaxation and healing; the WHOLE practice with gentle yoga asanas, pranayama, guided meditation, chanting and music, candlelight with special readings!

Participants will enjoy a healing, restorative practice and a deep reflection on what is important in our lives…Wellness. Peace. Balance. Health. Family. Renewal. Movement. Life focus. Purpose.

Neil combines a guided meditation with gentle yoga and the healing sounds of the ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls using their ability to aid in focusing attention, listening to the breath and invite a special awareness of the changing seasons!

Bring a mat and join us with a curious, open mind!  Leave being blissful, peaceful, playful and fearless!!

Hope you can join us for this special seasonal practice!

3) Saturday, April 4th, noon - 2 pm

A Yin & Yang Yoga Flow Practice for Your Body

 .

An invigorating yoga practice to focus on gaining flexibility, release tension in our bodies, open the Hips, an inner journey with Yoga! Learn the benefits and practice of Yin yoga in a safe environment.

We will build awareness of how to stretch the deeper connective tissues in our bodies, to protect and maintain healthy joints and learn to stretch fascia in a safe practice. Yin is yielding, allowing and nourishing.

Participants will release tension, take away a new awareness of joints and the wonderful feeling of stillness.
